  1. Ordering service
    1. In e-shop you can add the event to the cart and make further steps according to the instructions. You will be informed by email about the processing of your order after submitting. In case the event is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible about alternative solution, or your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
    2. Another possibility of making your order is via e-mail info@holotropic.club – please write down the exact date of the event, your full name, phone number and address. You will be notified about further steps.
  2. Order obligation
    1. Ordering the event includes the retreat costs and the accommodation costs.
      1. The retreat cost will be paid when ordering.
      2. The accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel at the venue.
    2. Participants are obliged to count with the full price of accommodation. It is based on the rates mentioned by the organiser in description of the event and on preferences chosen during the ordering.
    3. The order becomes obligatory by filling all of the following conditions:
      1. When attendance of the participant is confirmed by the organizer. Confirmation is based on the health condition of the participant.
      2. When a full price of the retreat cost is credited to the account of the organiser.
    4. If the order becomes obligatory, the participant is obliged to pay accommodation costs to the hotel. The payment is usually processed directly to the hotel at the venue.
    5. Organiser will confirm the attendance of the participant to his email.
    6. Organiser can reject the participant without providing any reason.
  3. Health conditions
    1. For each participant it is mandatory to fulfill the medical form, honestly and completely and send it to the organizer after ordering the retreat date as soon as possible.
    2. Organiser will consider health condition of each participant. Some cases could require further information or personal consultation.
    3. Organiser is allowed to put further conditions for attendance, based on health reason. Also the participant could be fully rejected.
  4. Cancellation policy
    1. Participant is allowed to cancel his order, especially in written form by email. Expression of cancellation must be clear and unambiguous.
    2. Cancellation fee is 50 EUR.
    3. If a participant cancels his registration more than 30 days prior to the module beginning, 100% of the amount transferred will be refunded, after deduction of the cancellation fee.
    4. If a participant cancels his registration within 30 days prior to the module beginning, 70% of the amount transferred will be refunded, after deduction of the cancellation fee.
    5. If a participant cancels his registration within 2 days prior to the module beginning, 0% of the amount transferred will be refunded.
    6. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, 100% of the amount transferred will be refunded.
    7. Organiser is allowed to cancel the event anytime, without refundation of additional costs of participants as e.g. flight ticket etc.
  5. Payment method
    1. Bank wire transfer in EUR. The best way is EURO Payment (SEPA Transfer). Please send the complete amount in one transfer. Please use number of your order as the Reference Code + your name.

  6. Providing service
    1. Exact dates and location of ordered event are specified in description of the event.
    2. Each participant is managing travel details on his own costs, risk and responsibility to be at the venue in time.
    3. Accommodation, food and other services are offered by the organiser only if it is explicitly specified in description of the event. Also there must be specified rates and conditions.
  7. Additional and final information
    1. Participants will receive email with detailed information about attendance before the retreat starts.
    2. Participants are obliged to behave carefully, with sensibility and follow facilitators instructions as well as protect the property at the venue.
    3. Organiser is allowed to expel participant who would violate the rules above, without any refund.
    4. It is recommended to spent additional cost as e.g. flight ticket etc. after receiving the confirmation letter about attendance from the organiser.
